Jeana Huff

Like many of us, Jeana wears a lot of hats in her life. She is a wife, a daughter, a corporate strategy consultant, a global traveler, and a yogi just to name a few. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years and it has helped her cope with many ups and downs in life - a stressful career, moving to a new city, getting married and gaining an instant family with a husband, two step daughters, and a extra finicky cat, and surviving breast cancer. She began teaching in the middle of the COVID pandemic as a way to help others cope with the chaos and stress of that time.

Jeana believes that yoga is a tool for managing life.  A practice of yoga asana, breathwork and meditation can help you stay calm and peaceful, able to move thru your days with ease, and able to see and appreciate all of the great things life has brought your way.

Jeana teaches traditional hatha, slow flow, and yin practices.
