Classes for younger yogis in the family. These are meant to build community, and create spaces for every member of the family to practice yoga together. Our space is meant to feel safe for you and your little ones to be themselves. Show up late, have a meltdown, sing, dance, rest – everything is welcome here. We have opportunities for Babies and their caretakers, as well as a class for Crawlers & Toddlers to explore and play with their grownups. Each class includes movement and yoga poses, focused breathing, imaginative play, songs, and even quiet resting.

FRIDAYS
Parent & Child Yoga, 10:30-11:30am
Parent or caretaker with children 2-5 years old. The focus of this class is on connection, both within the family unit and with the group. These classes begin with songs and movements, include connecting partner poses, and end with imaginative play that is never the same twice. As with the Crawlers & Toddlers classes, there is no expectation with how much they participate – learning ranges from watching to experiencing to playing something off to the side – but they're always tuned in to what's going on in the room. We're modeling so much for them, and they really are taking in more than we realize. Arriving a little late is also okay – just knock on the window if the front door is locked. We have all of the mats taken care of, snacks are welcome during the first half of class, and although classes are often the same format, no two days are the same. Families are also able to hang out for a little while after class to visit.
SATURDAYS
Baby & Me Yoga, 10:30-11:30am
For new parents or caretakers and babies as young as 6-weeks old, until beginning to crawl or walk. This is a time for sharing, movement, breathing, or simply stillness. There will be both gentle and strengthening movements for adults, and connecting movements and songs with your little ones. The biggest intention is connecting with others and creating a sense of community through the shared experience of this time. Mats are provided, so it's one less item to carry, and you are free to arrive up to 30-minutes late for class (we know how it goes getting out the door some days).
SUNDAYS
Crawlers & Toddlers Yoga, 10:30-11:45am
Parent or caretaker with littles who are crawling through 3-year-olds (older kiddos, up to 4-years-old are welcome to try the class!). These classes focus on time for the caretakers while their children are welcome to explore or participate as they would like. We focus on gentle, grounding movements, and connection within. Then we find light-hearted play with our little ones in a variety of imaginative exploration, playful songs, and even moments for quiet and rest. Toddler yoga is a joyful way to connect with your little one and the whole community. There is no expectation with how much they participate – learning ranges from watching to experiencing to playing something off to the side – but they're always tuned in to what's going on in the room. We're modeling so much for them, and they really are taking in more than we realize. Arriving up to 30 minutes late is also okay – just knock on the window if the front door is locked.
