The time preparing to bring a child into the world is a special and sacred experience. The company you share, and environments you're in, are just as important as the food you eat.
Our Prenatal Yoga classes create space for you to gain confidence, increase comfort and strength in your body, and practice skills that build resilience – all to empower and prepare for your birth experience.
Prenatal Yoga Mamas
WEDNESDAYS
Prenatal Yoga, 6-7:15pm
Join with other mamas in the same phase of life, communing, connecting, moving, breathing, and supporting one another. Each class includes time for checking in with one another, finding ways to move the body in ways that address the discomforts of pregnancy, and prepare both the body and mind for childbirth. This is an active class, meant to build strength in pregnant bodies, and build community for this special phase of life. In-Person only.
SUNDAYS
